Coaches
Head Coach, Randy Pawlik
Coach Pawlik begins his eighth year as head coach of the Wildcats. The Wildcats struggled to a 1-15-1 record last year. In 2006, he led Daemen to a strong finish for the second year in a row winning their last three regular season games and making the conference play-offs for the first time. They then had their biggest win in their short program's history with a 2-1 victory over North #1 seed Notre Dame in the first round of the play-offs. Randy has coached at many levels previous to his stint here at Daemen including the under 19 premier for West Seneca. He played for West Seneca and Canisius College. Coach Pawlik currently is the owner of Bison Elevator Company.

Assistant Coach, Richard Couell
Rick begins his first year as part of the Daemen coaching staff. He brings five years of college coaching experience with him, serving as assistant for two years and head coach for three years at Hilbert College. Coach Couell has eleven years of experience coaching travel soccer and was the Director of Travel Soccer for the West Seneca Soccer Club for 9 years. He also continues to play the game as part of the Buffalo District Soccer league. Couell is a father of two, son Ryan and daughter Megan and currently resides in Orchard Park.
Assistant Coach, Casey McNinch
Casey begins his second year on the Wildcats' coaching staff. He played three productive years for Daemen from 2004 - 2007 despite suffering two torn ACL's. Casey is currently in his final year of Daemen's physical therapy doctoral program.
